This is a beautiful signed plate by C. Vollant.  It is lovely pink, yellow, peaches on a green background.  On the back is numbered 9060/26 and is stamped Vienia-Royal Alexander ,  hand painted.  10" round with gold trim.  Lovely for curio, wall hanging in dining area, or a great serving piece also.  Beautiful. Great price for hand painting.
