This is some kind of collector's edition cup and saucer.  The color is a creamy buttery yellow on an off white background and a medium blue picture on the front and back, one an eagle and one a building of some kind.  The saucer on the back says  Eagle, American Heritage Millenium Collection, Made in England, Churchill.  It is 5 1/2" round and the cup is 4 1/2" x 3".  Pretty colors if you decorate with yellow or blue.  Good condition.
