Ginger Jar

Ginger Jar

This is an extra nice ginger jar that could be used for anything from cookies in the kitchen, in the bath for cotton balls, etc, or any other room empty.  The jar is a crackled glass look, clear and has 4 little round tabs on the bottom to protect scratching of furniture.  The lid is silver with a round thick glass disk in the middle.  Adding a designer touch to the jar , I have added a "jar necklace" (I just made the name up). It is clear beads on a link chain, with several charms attached, giving movement to the piece.  If you don't like it as a jar necklace it can be used as a people necklace also.  The piece is a generous 12' tall and has a width of 5".  The beads are, of course, removable if you prefer a more clean look.  It is absolutely beautiful empty as well.

Paris Box

I have created a box that is fit for a queen!  Very very Victorian!  This is an all hand decorated, oval shaped box, one of a kind for sure, that measures 12 1/2" x 7" tall.  I started with an oval brown paper/cardboard box and covered it with pink velvet material.  I encircled the box top rim with a good quality of pearls.  On the center of the top I applied a picture of a very "queenly" lady and the Eifel Tower, a crown, and the word Paris done in a coral-pinky color.  I used glitter to outline some of the areas.  The crown is lovely with high quality crystals that catch the light so well.  There is also a vintage lovely rinestone jewelry piece at the top.  I have put 2 panels of candelight beige lace on, outlined them in small pearls, and scattered larger pearls over the lace on  each side of the box.  There are also 2 pieces off an old wedding veil with crystals in the center on each side.  I've encircled the box with 6" long fringe done in beige for movement.  No one can enter the room and not be drawn to the beauty of this queen box.  Keep all your secret treasures in here, use for a small hat box, store your vintage gloves, etc.  Very lovely for any room. or a perfect wedding present.  Many hours work is here on this box.  Enjoy!!

This is such a beautiful gift item for anyone or a pretty decorative item for your own home.  It is an inspirational tea light holder box with a lid.  On the bottom is a sticker that says "Comfort Candles" - Future and Hope.  It has a felt bottom.  It is written in very nice lettering   For I know the plans I have for you.. to give you a future and a  hope  -  Jeremiah 29:11  .  What a wonderful promise that is.  The top has a copper lid and the box is a light brown.  It holds one tea light candle inside.  It is a 4" x 4" square or cube shape.  It is in very good condition and I have seen these sell at shops for twice the price for this one.  Beautiful.

Lady Jayne Shoe

Well, this is just the cutest thing!  This is a heavy weight high heel shoe done in red, porcelain or resin material, with a label that says "Lady Jayne" in the shoe.  On the back part of the shoe is a hole that has an ink pen done in Safari print that matches the front part of the shoe.  There is a note cube of sticky notes with the same safari print on the sides of the paper that sits in a cut out part of the front of the shoe.  The sole of this high heel shoe is black.  The shoe is 2 1/2" wide and  9" tall, including the pen.  Very unusual and so cute and whimsical.

Brunette Head Vase

This is a beautiful piece made to mimic the old Head Vases of the Victorian Era.  This lovely lady is a brown haired, blue eyed beauty with a red hat with white polka dots.  She wears white  faux "pearl" earrings and white gloves.  Her dress is navy with a light purple collar.  She is a vase and you can add flowers to her hat if you would like, but she is so pretty just as she is and her bright colors are very eye catching wherever you choose to set her.  She measures about 5" x 6" and fits in with any decor.  (Red Hat Ladies-Heads Up!!)

Beige Candleholders

Beige Candleholders

This is a pair of glazed ceramic tall candleholders done in a medium beige color.  They are very heavy and very tall measuring 4" at the base and stand 15 1/2" tall.  The top is fashioned to accommodate a taper candle in the smallest hole.  The second hole is about 2" wide and will hold a medium sized candle or it will hold a votive cup and allow the cup to sit on the top of the candleholder with the bottom of the cup where the grommet fits  hidden inside the holder.  You will have several options as to  how you wish to use them. Also, I would use them as a pedestal and set a figurine, perhaps a sitting angel figure, on top of them and the hole would be completely covered.  They are very versatile and can even be dressed up with flowers, ribbon, etc.  A very nice set in very good condition.  You are getting the set of two candleholders for this price.

Roses Journal Cover

Roses Journal Cover

This is a very sweet little cover to make your journal, photo album, small Bible, etc. more beautiful.  It will be way too pretty to put away out of sight.  I made this cover out of a lot of things I especially love.  The material is a cream colored background with several shades of pink roses and inside is a medium shade of pink moire fabric.  I have embellished the outside with soft pink ribbon, a ribbon rose with a pink crystal in the center, a small key, an enameled bow, several pink assorted sized crystals, a pretty creamy color heart button, and several pearly and pink baubles.  Then as a surprise finish, I added pink and white beautiful, light feathers.  There is also attached one single dried rose bud which says to me "memories".  Inside you will find a pretty bookmark that I made of a dress form, a rose, a bird, and the word Paris.  I attached it to a ribbon of that same soft pink used on the journal cover.  The ribbon will show at the top and the bottom of your journal so you can go directly back to where you left off and won't lose your place.  The cover measures 8" x 6".  So feminine and pretty.

Blonde Head Vase
This vase is so very pretty.  It is a real vase to use for your florals but it is beautiful to use just as a figurine with nothing else added to it.  It is styled after the head vases of the Victorian era.  This is a beautiful blonde glazed porcelain  lady with a gorgeous red hat with a purple flower.  Her dress is navy and white, purple gloves she wears, and a faux
"pearl" necklace.  She measures 5" x 6" and is a real attention getter because of her bright beautiful colors.  Nice collection piece and also for those special Red Hat Ladies.

Victorian Lady Figurine

Victorian Lady Figurine

This is a lovely old figurine of a beautiful Victorian lady dressed for an afternoon stroll.  She is a large size - 12 1/2" tall with a width of about 5".  She is holding a bouquet of flowers in her hand.  She is porcelain and all white except for the gold accents on her dress, hat and flowers.  I do no know the origin or age of this figurine, but I purchased her at an estate sale in 1981, so I have owned her for 28 years and I have kept her within the confines of my curio cabinet behind glass all those years.  There are no markings on her of any kind to indicate when she was made.  She has lovely blue eyes and is a gorgeous accent piece in any room or setting.  She is in perfect condition.  Very pretty!
